Dempsey’s award-winning brews are another good reason for a visit. Tailored carefully to complement our food, they provide the perfect accent to a meal. (Of course, they’re tasty on their own as well…)

707 Harvest Pale Ale is a medium-bodied, wet-hopped golden pale ale made to show off the fresh estate grown hops from our red rooster ranch. Hop flavor is the pronounced character. 5.75% ABV

Sonoma Irish Ale is a medium bodied brown Irish ale brewed in an old traditional Irish style. The smooth and malty flavor profile is derived from pale malt and roasted barley. This beer is not to be confused with an Irish Red. 5.5% ABV

Red Rooster Ale is our signature beer. We use lots of caramel malt and cascade hops to give it its robust flavor and floral hop finish. This is a great food beer because it stands up to our full-f lavored and spicy foods. 6.0% ABV

Petaluma Strong Ale is a local favorite. The pale malts, dry hopping, and higher alcohol content give this unfiltered beer a strong, complex flavor. Be careful, you might get hooked! 7.2% ABV

Dempsey's Pilsner is a Czech-styled pilsner made with German Pilsner malt, Bohemian saaz and German noble hops. A refreshing, light beer with classic Pilsner hop character much like a Pilsner Urquell. 5.1% ABV

Ugly Dog Stout is a foreign-style stout — hearty, full bodied, and strong with a smooth roasted malt finish. Lots of caramel malt and roasted barley give this beer its character, which is a popular winter brew and a good complement to one of our rich, chocolaty desserts. 6.8 ABV
