Dempsey’s award-winning brews are another good reason for a visit. Tailored carefully to complement our food, they provide the perfect accent to a meal. (Of course, they’re tasty on their own as well…)

707 Wet Hopped Pale Ale  Our seasonal harvest ale made with fresh hops from Red Rooster Ranch. An unfiltered pale with a unique Petaluma Hop finish. 5.3% ABV

Pale Ale  A medium bodied pale beer made with a touch of Belgian caramel malt and a nice Glacier and Mt. Hood hop finish for those who want a little more than a light beer. 5.4% ABV

Galaxy IPA  This India Pale Ale is pale gold in color with a hoppy, citrusy finish. Named after a new Australian hop, Galaxy, made with Pacific northwest malt. 5.8% ABV

Petaluma Strong Ale  This is the local favorite. The pale malts, dry hopping, and higher alcohol content give this unfiltered beer a strong, complex flavor. Be careful, you might get hooked! 7.1% ABV

Red Rooster Ale  We use lots of caramel malt and cascade hops to give this beer a robust flavor and floral hop finish. This beer is made to stand up to and wash down the bold flavors that come out of our kitchen. 6% ABV

Ugly Dog Stout  A foreign-style stout — hearty, full bodied, and strong with a smooth roasted malt finish. Lots of caramel malt and roasted barley give this beer its character, which is a popular winter brew and a good complement to one of our rich, chocolaty desserts. 6.7 ABV
